Hi TK,

Right now, I'm using KMotion and Mach3 to turn ON and OFF the Relay Drivers for:

152 FET Driver 0 None
153 FET Driver 1 ON/OFF by Mach3 (Spindle CCW/CW)
154 FET Driver 2 ON/OFF by Mach3 (Spindle Run/Stop)
155 FET Driver 3 ON/OFF by KMotion (Enable Spindle Min. Speed)
156 FET Driver 4 ON/OFF by KMotion (ATC Clamp)
157 FET Driver 5 ON/OFF by KMotion (Mini Air Compressor ATC)
158 FET Driver 6 ON/OFF by KMotion (Air)
159 FET Driver 7 ON/OFF by KMotion (Flood)

I would like to fully use Mach3 to control the Relay Drivers ON/OFF but I do not know how and appreciate your advice.

Hi David,

To control KFLOP bit numbers greater than 127 from Mach3, subtract 128 and specify port 2.

That part I had done and able to control the Spindle using your "SpindleMach3DAC". Say for example that I would like to toggle the Flood on Mach3, how do I go about?

In Mach3 under Config|Ports&Pins|Output Signals|Output #3 set as Bit 159 (Pin 31 Port 2).

Then in Spindle Setup UN-check "Disable Flood Mist Relays" and set Flood M8 Output as 3
